Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person
In this course, Dr Joe Purshouse (University of Sheffield) explores non-fatal offences. In the first module, we look at the common assaults: technical assault and battery. In the third module, we consider s. 20 OAPA 1861: inflicting grievous bodily harm or wound, before turning to s. 18 OAPA 1861: wounding with intent to cause GBH in the fourth module.
