Professor David Shearer

BIOGRAPHY

Professor David Shearer is a Professor Emeritus of History at the University of Delaware. His research focuses on Stalin and Stalinism, the history of the Soviet Union and of Central Asia, and the history of Imperialism. His publications include Stalin and the Lubianka (2014) and Policing Stalin's Socialism (2009).
