Shruti Kapila is Professor of History and Politics at the University of Cambridge. Her main research interests are the global and intellectual history of India. She gives frequent political commentary for the Financial Times, Prospect Magazine, BBC (radio and television), Al Jazeera, Monocle Radio, Times Radio, and Bloomberg TV.
