Dr Amber Regis

BIOGRAPHY

Amber Regis is Senior Lecturer in Nineteenth Century Literature at the University of Sheffield. Her research focuses on Victorian life-writing and non-fiction. Her recent publications include Introduction: Picturing Charlotte Bronte (2017) and "Interpreting Emily: ekphrasis and allusion in Charlotte Brontë's 'Editor's Preface' to Wuthering Heights" in Bronte Studies(2020).
