Prof. Glenn Altschuler

BIOGRAPHY

Glenn Altschuler is Thomas and Dorothy Litwin Professor of American Studies at Cornell University. He specialises in the history of the United States. With this in mind, he has written widely, including Rude Republic: Americans and Their Politics in the 19th Century (Princeton University Press, 2000) and The GI Bill: A New Deal for Veterans (Oxford University Press, 2009).
