BIOGRAPHY

Billy Clark is Professor of Linguistics at Northumbria University. His research interests are all concerned with aspects of meaning and communicative interaction, often from the perspective of relevance theory. Some of his recent publications include Pragmatics: The Basics (2021) and (as co-editor) Pragmatics and Literature (2019).
