Prof. Philippe Cullet

BIOGRAPHY

Professor Philippe Cullet is Professor of International and Environmental Law at SOAS, University of London. He researches environmental law, with a particular focus on human rights and access to natural resources. His publications include Realizing the Right to Water and Sanitation (2023), Research Handbook on Law, Environment and the Global South (2019, co-editor), and Water Law, Poverty and Development (2009).
