Dr David Pearce is a lecturer in Contract and Tort Law at the University of Leeds. He is part of the Centre for Business Law and Practice Research Institute, and his recent publications include Of Ceilings and Flaws: An Analytical Approach to the Minimum Performance Rule in Contract DamagesDamages for Breach of Contract: Compensation, Restitution, and Vindication (2008)
